Our Commitment

At Nuamere Jewelry, we believe subscribing should be simple — and so should cancelling. We never lock you in, charge hidden fees, or make cancellation difficult. You are in full control of your subscription at all times.


How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:

  • Online: Log in to your account at nualene.com → go to "Manage Subscription" → click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@nuamere.com — we will process it within 24 hours
  • Live Chat: Use the chat button on our website — available 7 days a week

No phone calls required. No forms to fill out. No waiting periods.


When Does Cancellation Take Effect?

  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date
  • Once cancelled, you will not be charged again
  • You will continue to have access to any benefits through the end of your current billing period
  • Cancellations requested on or after your billing date apply to the following cycle

Refunds

  • If you are charged and cancel within 24 hours of that charge, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
  • Outside the 24-hour window, charges for the current billing period are non-refundable, but your subscription will not renew

Free Trial (if applicable)

  • If your subscription includes a free trial, you will never be charged during the trial period
  • You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends
  • You may cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription is immediately deactivated
  • You receive a confirmation email with your cancellation details
  • No further charges will occur
  • You can resubscribe at any time

Transparency Promise

We will always notify you by email:

  • 3 days before every renewal charge
  • Immediately after every successful payment
  • Immediately after your cancellation is confirmed
